The Open House Eid Al-Fitr Menu Is Dominated By The Archipelago Culinary

JAKARTA - The archipelago food is the prima donna that dominates culinary dishes at the open house or Griya event at the Presidential Palace in Jakarta, Monday to celebrate Eid al-Fitr 1446 Hijri on the first day.

This dish is served to the general public, both officially invited and directly attending the event by visiting the Presidential Palace.

The archipelago dish that must be served for the moment of celebrating Eid al-Fitr is vegetable ketupat which of course is accompanied by complete side dishes such as rendang, chicken opor and siam labus.

Other domestic foods that are served are solo meatballs, favorite menus that are usually sought after by people who like milder flavors than vegetable districts.

There is also a typical food from Bandung, namely Batakor alias fried basotahu and a echo with the choice of potatoes, eggs, and cyomay meat for people who are looking for lighter snacks than the previous two menus.

Even so, there are also menu options outside the archipelago dish, namely teppanyaki, a typical Japanese food that serves meat tumis accompanied by vegetables such as taoge.

As a drink companion, several choices were presented, namely coconut ice, high ice, coffee, and of course water so that it could quench the thirst of thegriya title participants at the Palace.

The long queue is seen for the presentation of the meatball menu, but the other menus are equally attractive.

In a short period of time since the title of griya for the general public began at 09.00 WIB until 12.00 WIB, all culinary dishes presented were quickly spent by visitors.

In addition to enjoying culinary dishes dominated by archipelago cuisine, the public also received a warm welcome directly from the President of the Republic of Indonesia Prabowo Subianto shaking hands and taking pictures together.

In addition to public guests, Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto also received guests from the President to the previous Vice President, public officials, as well as representatives of colleagues from friendly countries.
