Celebrity Rea Wiradinata Does Not Move To Face Noverizky, Threatened With Loss Of Assets After Cassation Is Rejected

JAKARTA - The Supreme Court (MA) rejected the appeal filed by the Rea Wiradinata selebgran regarding the bankruptcy status previously decided by the Central Jakarta Commercial Court Rea Wiradinata's appeal was rejected by the Supreme Court based on decision No. 30 K/PDT.SUS-PAILIT/2025 dated March 6, 2025. As is known, the bankruptcy decision against Rea Wiradinata has been set since July 1, 2024 In its decision, the court also appointed two curators who handled Rea Wiradinata's bankruptcy as well as invited creditors to hold a meeting. The two curators are Janter Manurung and Fajrin Mufilhun. However, Rea did not accept the decision then filed an appeal to the Supreme Court on October 29, 2025. Regarding the rejection, Noverizky Tri Putra Pasaribu, one of the main debtors was grateful. "Thank God is not concerned, Rea Wiradinata's cassation was finally rejected by the Supreme Court, a long struggle that resulted in results, thank God, said Noverizky through a written statement to the media, not long ago. "Now Rea will really get what he has been planting, lost his house and assets," he added. Noverizy had already suspected that the appeal by Rea would be rejected, because he had strong evidence related to the process of borrowing money with Rea which has been strengthened by the Central Jakarta Commercial Court. "So far I have followed the flow of him, because I feel sure of the truth on my side. In fact, he often doubts, continues to feeling above the wind, even though the law has worked," said Noverizky.

The rejection of this cassation, said Noverizky, became a heavy slap for Rea, who had been suspected of lying about the issue of borrowing with her and a number of other debtors. "The decision of the Central Jakarta Commercial Court and the Supreme Court is proof that so far she has distorted the facts. Now she cannot deny anymore because the public already knows who she is," said Nove. On the other hand, Noverizky said that the decision to reject this cassation was proof that the judiciary in Indonesia still had credibility and put forward the truth. "Now when all hopes that the law works well, it is finally proven that the Supreme Court is an independent institution that continues to put forward the law. I still believe in law in Indonesia," added Noverizky. In addition to being sued by PKPU, Rea Wiradinata was also sued for allegations of providing false information on the Investigation Report (BAP) as well as information submitted at the PKPU trial. "The criminal process is still ongoing. We will submit this cassation rejection decision to investigators to become new evidence," he said.
