Musician Fiersa Besari is confirmed to be in good condition after allegedly experiencing a bad weather incident in Puncak Carstensz, West Papua which resulted in the lives of two climbers Lilie Wijayanti Poegiono and Elsa Laksono.

This was said by the manager of Fiersa Besari, Ubay. He ensured that Fiersa would soon return to Bandung, his hometown.

"Fiersa's condition is fine. To return to Bandung as soon as possible," Ubay said via text message, Monday, March 3.

Ubay also confirmed that Fiersa had contacted his family, especially his wife, Aqia Nurfadla.

"Alhamdulillah," he continued.

Previously, Fiersa Besari was reportedly one of the people who joined the Puncak Carstensz climber group along with the late Lilie and Elsa.

Aqia Nurfadla through her Instagram asked for prayers for her husband and other climbers.

"Friends, thank you for your attention. For the same worries as mine. Hopefully they are fine there, go home without anything else," wrote Aqia Nurfadla quoted by VOI from Instagram @aqianr, Sunday, March 2.

Aqia said that she could not share anything related to her husband's condition or chronology of the incident.

"I can't share anything, because I don't have the right and I don't know the situation there," he continued.

Currently, he only asked his followers to send prayers to Fiersa and all the groups suspected of still struggling.

"Let's send prayers for those who are still fighting there and also those who fail to fight there," said Aqia.
