The billboard contained a text requesting Tony Stark's character return. It's not yet known whether that's the only billboard that fans have rented.

Marvel itself has not responded to fan requests. They are currently focusing on the fourth phase through the film Black Widow, the series Falcon and the Winter Soldier, and several other characters.
