Baim Wong Brings Children To Film Without Permission, Legal Counsel: Should Ask Paula's Approval

JAKARTA - Paula Verhoeven's attorney, Alvon Kurnia Palma, highlighted Baim Wong's actions in bringing their children to the set without asking Paula's permission. According to him, the decision should involve the consent of both parents, considering that they are still husband and wife.

"Yes, that should be it. There should have been permission, because they haven't separated. So, from there there should have been permission from his parents. His parents weren't just Baim, but there was also Paula. Well, that must also be asked," said Alvon Kurnia Palma at the South Jakarta Religious Court, Wednesday, February 19.

Not to mention, Alvon also highlighted that over the past five months, children have not lived with Paula, and in the last three weeks they have been in Yogyakarta with Baim Wong.

"It was already mentioned, yes, that in essence, Paula couldn't, the point is that it's been here, so far it's been five months, the children haven't been with Paula. It's been three weeks, the children are with their father in Jogja," he continued.

This condition makes it increasingly difficult for Paula to meet her children, especially because they also did not attend school while in Yogyakarta.

"So the kids didn't go to school, and Paula couldn't see the kids. That's all. So it can already describe yes, what do you think, you ask," said Alvon.

During the trial, Paula poured out her heart regarding her difficulty in meeting her two children and the divorce process.

"For example, if I just want to say yes, until now it has been more than 5 months, the children are not with Paula. That's what Paula said in court," he said.
