Director Robert Ronny returned to the directorial chair through the film The Most Beautiful Girl in the World. The Netflix original film presents the duo of Reza Rahadian and Sheila Dara in one story.

This comedy romance film will feature a portrait of women's reality in a public point of view that has been Robert Ronny's success so far.

"The main attraction is clearly Reza and Sheila. In my opinion, the problem of love in today's era is much more complex where beauty standards have shifted widely and put unrealistic pressure," said Robert Ronny at a press conference on Thursday, February 13.

In addition, Robert Ronny also revealed that the idea of this story had been made since 2007, but has only been realized now. Even so, he feels the story is still relevant to the current situation.

"I'm a boy but always identifies me as a feminism and always raises the main character of the fit and I have girls. Media demands against women are very unrealistic to look perfect," explained Robert Ronny.

The Most Beautiful Girl in the World tells the story ofUL Wiraatmadja (Reza Rahadian), a future heir to a television station who must fulfill his father's will to marry the most beautiful woman in the world. Then, Reubne teamed up with Kiara (Sheila Dara), an ambitious producer assistant. The conflict between them grew near all time.

The Most Beautiful Girl in the World can be watched on Netflix starting February 14.
