Extortion, Agency Announces Son Naeun's Personal Phone Hijacked

JAKARTA - Actress Son Naeun experienced extortion after her personal phone was hijacked by an unknown party. His agency, YG Entertainment announced that it would take legal action to find the perpetrators.

"We want to inform you of an incident related to Son Naeun's personal phone hijacking. The climber asked for money instead not to spread the data he got," YG Entertainment said.

"To protect his family and colleagues, Son Naeun obeyed the request once," said the agency.

However, this hijacker continues to pose a threat that has an impact on Son Naeun's health condition. This threat was also accepted by the family of the Romance in the House star.

The hijackers did not stop there and threatened by asking for additional money. The situation had an impact on mental conditions as the hijacker contacted his family," explained the agency.

"This case is now under police investigation and we want to make it clear that we will take legal action regarding all criminal matters, including violations of privacy and extortion," the agency continued.

"Finally, considering the case is still under investigation, we ask that there is no uncertain information to disseminate or share," concluded YG Entertainment.

The former APink member also shared the agency's statement via Instagram Story and an upload on his profile.

On the other hand, Son Naeun has just made a special appearance in the drama The Tale of Lady Ok. He played Ok Tae Young and was seen in the first episode.
