The Alleged Perpetrator Of The Stabbing Of Actor Sandy Permana Is Threatened With 15 Years In Prison

Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya, Kombes Pol Ade Ary said that his party was conducting an interrogation of the alleged perpetrator of stabbing actor Sandy Permana.

"It's true.. currently, the perpetrators are still being interrogated by a joint team of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Cibarusah Police, the Bekasi Regency Metro Police and the PMJ Ditkrimum Resmob Unit," said Kombes Pol Ade Ary at Polda Metro Jaya, Wednesday, January 15.

"It is true that the perpetrator has been successfully secured the results of information from the community who support the process of arresting the perpetrators," he continued.

The alleged perpetrator was arrested today at 10.45 WIB in the Karawang area, West Java, where he is hiding.

"The perpetrator was arrested today, Wednesday, January 15, 2025 at around 10.45 WIB in Poris Hamlet, Karawang," he said.

"The perpetrator deliberately ran away and hid to avoid being chased by our officers," added Ade Ary.

To trick the officers, the alleged perpetrator had cut his gimbal hair during the escape process to Karawang.

"The perpetrator also had time to cut his hair while on the run to Karawang. Using scissors borrowed from the shop with the aim of not being recognized during the escape," he explained.

In this case, the alleged perpetrator is subject to Article 354 regarding severe persecution and Article 388 regarding murder with a penalty of 15 years in prison.

"The article imposed 354 and or 338 carries a penalty of 15 years," he said.
