Rows Of Tourist Attractions Affected By Fires In Los Angeles

JAKARTA - Several areas in Los Angeles, California, United States, are currently experiencing intense forest fires.

Three fires in the area destroyed thousands of hectares of forest and buildings, until a state of emergency as a result of the fire was announced by California Governor Gavin Newsom.

A forest fire on January 8, 2025 was triggered by the extreme drought and strong winds of Santa Ana that hit the area. The fire in Palisaades, betweenwaslika and Santa Monica, threatened more than 10,000 houses.

About 30 miles from the Palisaades fire, the Eaton fire broke out and prompted authorities to announce a warning of a danger in Altadena, near Pasadena.
