2 Years Of Separating Houses With Asri Welas, Galiech Ridha Calls Often Arguing

JAKARTA - The divorce trial of Galiech Ridha and Asri Welas was held again by bringing in 2 witnesses from Asri Welas, namely the driver and family member. After the trial, Asri's attorney, Sifra Panggabean, explained that the testimony of the two witnesses explained that Galiech and Asri had been separated from their homes for 2 years.

"The witness said (Asri and Galiech) had been separated for two years since August. The assembly also asked whether Mas Galiech still often visits children at home? The answer is yes, he still often goes to the house," said Sifra Panggabean at the Depok Religious Court, Tuesday, December 31, 2024.

Sifra explained that the question from the panel of judges was a form of verification of the contents of the lawsuit which stated that they had separated and had an argument.

"This information is only to verify the contents of the lawsuit, namely that they have indeed separated their homes and there have been quarrels," continued Sifra.

This witness statement was confirmed by Galiech that he and Asri often quarreled and were known by the driver and assistant. "I don't mind, because they are witnesses who see our daily lives. So, nothing is burdensome. That's what it is," said Galiech.

"We often quarrel, drivers and assistants also know. So, it's not something surprising or burdensome," he said.
