Rainbow's Kim Jae Kyung Revealed to Have Difficulty Marrying a Non-Celebrity This Year

JAKARTA - After a long silence, Kim Jae Kyung has come with the latest news. She is said to have married her lover who is a non-celebrity.

On Monday, December 16, Namoo Actors responded to the news by making a statement. They confirmed the news after it was widely discussed.

"Actress Kim Jae Kyung met her partner and based on trust and liking, got married last summer in a ceremony attended by family members," said Namoo Actors representing the actress.

"Kim Jae Kyung's husband is not a celebrity and to protect her privacy, the wedding was held privately," said the agency.

Two years since her last drama was released, the agency stated that Kim Jae Kyung is still working hard to act and greet the public again.

“Kim Jae Kyung will continue to work hard to return the love shown by fans with good acting and projects,” the agency said.

“We ask for your support and congratulations as Kim Jae Kyung begins her new life,” they said.

Kim Jae Kyung debuted as a member of the K-pop group Rainbow in 2009 and the group disbanded in 2016. She then starred in various dramas and films.

Her last drama series was Again My Life which aired in 2022. Then, she starred in the independent film Flowers of Mold. This year, she will return to acting through a special drama titled Grand Shining Hotel.
