Witness Razman Arif Asked 16 Questions Regarding Alleged Defamation By Nikita Mirzani

JAKARTA - Lawyer Razman Arif Nasution presented a witness to provide information regarding the report he sent to Nikita Mirzani on suspicion of defamation. Razman Arif Nasution's team, Rahmat explained that the two witnesses presented by Razman were each questioned with 16 questions.

"Earlier, during the examination, there were actually not many questions from each witness, approximately 16 questions," said Rahmat at the South Jakarta Police, Friday, November 22.

"And thank God the witness firmly and confidently answered all these questions," he continued.

He added that investigators asked many questions regarding Nikita's alleged criminal act of defamation through Instagram and TikTok social media accounts.

"The questions are related to the alleged criminal act of defamation and/or slander submitted by the Instagram account nikitamirzanimawardi_172 and the Tiktok account nikitamirzanimawardi173. This is the account we report," he explained.

In addition to presenting 2 witnesses, Razman also handed over a scale released containing 7 videos as evidence to be submitted to investigators.

"Then another evidence, namely in a flash drive there are 7 videos," explained Rahmat.

"And then there is proof that we have prepared the letter and we convey it to investigators to the investigators who call the reported owner of the @nikitamirzanimawardi_172 account," he said.
