JAKARTA - Recently, it went viral on social media, kitchen conditions and how to cook employees at one of the Jatinangor Chicken outlets in the Gambir area, Central Jakarta. In the video circulating, employees cook food without wearing clothes and dirty kitchen conditions.

The video was uploaded by the TikTok account @vidurandom.62. The video shows a number of employees of the Jatinangor Chicken cooking and preparing ordered food without wearing clothes in the kitchen that looked hot.

The employees are known to be preparing food ordered online. Apart from not wearing clothes, they also don't wear masks when preparing meals.

Not only that, some of them were also seen not wearing gloves to keep the food ordered by customers clean.

The condition of the Jatinangor Chicken kitchen in the Gambir area also looks inadequate. In the video, the kitchen looks dirty and messy, with a lot of oil nodes that are not cleaned.

Warganet, who saw the video of the process of cooking the Jatinangor Chicken outlet, gave criticism and admitted that it was restless to see that cleanliness was not maintained in that place.

After the video went viral, the Jatinangor Chicken management opened their voices and apologized. Through a statement on Instagram @jatinangorhouse, it was stated that the Jatinangor Chicken outlet in the Gambir area was temporarily closed for future repairs.

"We have followed up firmly on our employees in the Gambir kitchen cloud outlet and temporarily closed the action," said the Jatinangor Chicken.
