The Head of Public Relations of the Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Pol Ade Ary explained the progress of the case involving the former child artist, Chikita Meidy, who was previously reported by her own best friend, folda Oktavia Rosa.

Ade Ary said that Chikita Meidy would soon be summoned for clarification regarding reports of alleged defamation.

He emphasized that there was some content on Chikita Meidy's TikTok account which was considered detrimental to focta.

"The reported party is under investigation, investigators will conduct a clarification report on the owner of the TikTok account, we have several posts on this account that need to be investigated which the victim considers to be detrimental to the victim," said Ade Ary at his office, Monday, September 30.

Ade Ary added that two witnesses had been questioned regarding the case that had gone up to the investigation process.

"There were 2 witnesses who were presented, then they were reported in the investigation. Immaterial losses regarding criminal events related to the ITE Law," explained Ade Ary.

Previously, Chikita Meidy was reported by her own best friend,founda Oktavia Rosa to Polda Metro Jaya on suspicion of defamation.
