Overtake The CLOY Rating, Queen Of Tears Becomes TvN's Best-selling Korean Drama

JAKARTA - The Korean drama Queen of Tears officially overtook Crash Landing on You as the highest-rated Korean drama on tvN. The last episode that aired on Sunday, April 28 received a rating of 24.850 percent.

Nielsen Korea reports Queen of Tears exceeds the rating of the last episode of Crash Landing on You which aired in 2020 with 21.683 percent.

Queen of Tears received double-digit ratings starting from the fourth episode of 14 percent. This drama has consistently received an increase in ratings until the last episode.

Not only that, this drama leads the title that is most talked about on social media. The actors also occupy a list of conversations on social media.

Kim Soo Hyun is in first place, followed by Kim Ji Won. Park Sung Hoon is in sixth position, Kwak Dong Yeon is in eighth position, and Lee Mi Sook is in 10th position.

Thanks to this success, players and staff reportedly got holiday gifts, but until now it has not been confirmed where they will take a vacation.

Queen of Tears tells the story of Baek Hyun Woo (Kim Soo Hyun) and Hong Hae In (Kim Ji Won) who are experiencing a crisis in their third year of marriage. Baek Hyun Woo, who wants to divorce, just finds out Hong Hae In has a disease that makes her life a little longer.
