Police Disbursed Chronology Of Chef Juna Arguing With Truck Drivers

JAKARTA - The name of one of the chefs from Indonesia, Junior John Rorimpande alias Chef Juna, was suddenly crowded when the video, which was almost in a fistfight with a truck driver, went viral on social media.

Through a telephone connection, the Head of the South Tangerang Police Traffic Unit, AKP Rokhmatullah, tried to explain the chronology based on the information he had obtained from both parties.

Rokhmatullah explained that this started when both sides wanted to turn on one of the roads in the Pondok Ranji Toll Road area, South Tangerang.

"The problem was when both turned from the Permata red light toll road. However, the vehicle from chef Juna, the space for movement is narrow, because he wants to turn right, this is a bit from the truck so that the space for movement is narrow," explained Rokhmatullah, when contacted by the media crew, Sunday, February 18.

In this incident, Rokhmahullah confirmed that there was no conflict between Chef Juna's car and the truck driven by the driver.

"Actually, there was no impact, just space. chef Juna's vehicle finally tried to bend right to avoid a collision," he continued.

Furthermore, regarding Chef Juna who was accused of making harsh words as heard in the viral video, Rokhmatullah still wants to clarify to both parties.

"Eat it, I want to clarify it, if only from what people say, maybe I'll worry about misperceptions," said Rokhmatullah.

"I'll just ask him tomorrow, because the chef also only said to be careful, maybe the truck driver's hearing, he was using the earphone at that time," he concluded.
