Sued For Divorce Catherine Wilson During Campaign Period, Idham Masse Feels Disturbed

JAKARTA - Idham Masse was seen attending his divorce mediation hearing with Catherine Wilson at the Depok Religious Court on Wednesday, January 24. Unfortunately, the mediation trial was declared a failure because the two of them still agreed to divorce.

"The mediation has been carried out, Pak Haji and Mrs. Catherine Wilson have agreed to separate and the mediation failed, later we will go to the main case," said Ilham Rasyid, attorney for Idham Masse at the Depok Religious Court, Wednesday, January 24.

It is known that currently, Idham Masse is running for the DPRD candidate in South Sulawesi, especially in the Sidrap area.

Seeing this, he wants his divorce from Catherine Wilson to be resolved properly so that there is no misunderstanding to his prospective voters.

"I am indeed nominating again, therefore I have to be good with Catherine so that no one sees what Idham is like, why is it like this," said Idham Masse.

Being sued for divorce while undergoing a campaign, it turned out that Idham felt disturbed. He felt that this divorce increased the burden of his mind and made him have to go back and forth in Makassar-Jakarta.

"It's annoying, I think. So mind. The electoral district is in Sidrap, but it has to go to Jakarta," he said.

Even so, Idham said he was optimistic that the issue of his divorce would not interfere with the number of votes because his nomination area was the basis of a large family.

"God willing, no, because that's my constituency, my family base," he concluded.
