A Little Latent Film Brings Fresh Comedy

JAKARTA - The four members of the group are a bit Laen: Oki Rengga, Indra Jegel, Bene Dion, and Boris Bokir officially explore their acting through the film Approximately Laen. Directed by Muhadkly Acho, this film has a fictional story combined with a little background for members of the Laen.

"This is the first introduction on the big screen, I think there are things on the podcast that we bring to the film. That's why Boris's character who was made into a soldier, jegel with a judiciary," said Muhadkly Acho today, Monday, January 23.

Ernest Prakasa and Dipa Andika as producers believe that the four members are a bit Laen aware of their respective comedy and chemistry.

"Already knew these four people would play very nicely and be proven with their podcast, it feels like it's their strength," said Ernest Prakasa.

The four players who are used to making podcasts also thanked Acho for being entrusted with being the main character in this somewhat Laen film.

"I thank you for believing and Bro Acho also believes. I'm still nervous," said Oki Rengga.

"I was surprised by the return of filming because I never had it. When I was nervous, I was comfortable filming casually, this was called 4 afternoon, it just finished in the morning and it wasn't normal," said Indra Jegel.

"(I want to) because the one who directs and writes is Acho," said Boris Bokir.

Acho himself feels that he has a heavy burden because this is his third film with Imaginari who also produces the third film. However, he hopes this film can be entertainment for the audience.

"I have a heavy burden because NNS, the two JESEDEFs, finally I surrendered to this film. This is a simple film but hopefully it can make everyone happy," said Acho.

The film is a bit Laen tells the story of four friends of Avert Laen who manage a ghost house in a night market. One day, they renovate the ride to make their ghost house look more scary, but this is a new problem for them. Approximately Laen will be showing starting February 1, 2024 in Indonesian cinemas.
