Mario Teguh's Wife Admits There Is A Cooperation Contract With Skincare Entrepreneurs, Becomes Brand Ambassador?

JAKARTA - Mario Teguh and his wife, Linna Teguh, were reported on suspicion of fraud and embezzlement by a businessman named Sunyoto Indra Prayitno. The skincare product entrepreneur admitted that he suffered a loss of Rp 5 billion after working with Mario Teguh and his wife.

Linna Teguh admitted that she had worked with Sunyoto. Both have even signed a contract in August 2022.

However, the cooperation that has been signed is not for brand ambassadors, but assistance from Mario Teguh's wife to the entrepreneur.

"Not a full consultation, we only provide assistance. Therefore, in the MOU contract that we signed together, the task is assistance, not brand ambassadors," said Linna Teguh to the media crew in Cikini, Central Jakarta on Saturday, July 22.

Then, Linna Teguh explained the accompanying task in question. Mario Teguh's wife mentioned the three points she did for the entrepreneur. He made sure there was no cooperation as brand ambassadors.

Regarding the payments received, Linna admitted that the agreed amount was made by her client himself. She did not set a special price because Mario Teguh was not involved in the assistance provided.

"He asked how much fee. Because this is not natural, in the sense that there is no Mr. Mario, I said 'I give you an empty form. Fill in yourself,' he said.

Although he did not state the nominal that had been agreed upon, Linna Teguh said the contract was running for 5 years since the signing of the contract.

Furthermore, Mario Teguh's wife admitted that she had received a sum of money as payment for her assistance by installments. He has received seven payments including down payment (DP).

"In that contract we should have paid when signing the agreement, that day the payment was not delayed. So, if we ask for payment at the beginning it is true," said Linna Teguh.

"Of all his payments, four payments include late-time DP payments, two times on time, one time early a day, that's it. So, payments are listed every 15th of each month starting from September 2022," he said.
