Protection Orders Revoked, Ezra Miller Claims To Be Defamed By Certain Parties

JAKARTA - The protection order for Ezra Miller in Massachusetts was revoked by the police. This relates to reports of a mother who said her 12-year-old son received unpleasant treatment from the actor.

Shortly after this news was circulated, Ezra Miller used Instagram to write a statement. He was relieved that the protection order was revoked and he believed there were parties who tried to slander him.

"I feel relieved by today's result and very grateful at the moment to everyone standing beside me and trying to ensure that the misuse of this dire protection order system is stopped," wrote Ezra Miller via his social media account.

Miller explained that the protection order was carried out as a weapon to get public attention by certain parties. He also felt that the press was involved in a series of criminal reports that dragged his name.

"I was the target of individuals who had the fact of manipulative and unfair actions," Miller continued.

"I appeal to media members who carelessly spread false claims and fail to accurately report the truth and context of this story, to maintain higher standards and take the time to find facts, rather than pursue clicks," he said again.

According to him, cases involving his name also cannot be separated from the press who commit manipulative acts.

The 12-year-old case was first shared by The Daily Beast where they also reported interference to the 12-year-old's family. This is not the first case involving the The Flash star.

In 2020, Ezra Miller became a conversation after strangling women in a bar in Iceland. He was also arrested in Hawaii for causing disruption but was not arrested for paying a fine.

Then in 2022, Miller was reported to have committed a robbery in a house and was found guilty. In the same year, he released an apology for the first time and admitted to experiencing mental health conditions and undergoing a period of recovery. He also conveyed this in his latest statement.

"I want everyone to know I'm continuing to do my best for my health and what I can do to improve the damage that brought me and those who were close to me," wrote Ezra Miller.

Despite the series of cases, Ezra Miller's name is still being counted in the promotion of his latest film, The Flash. Miller, who appeared on the red carpet and premiere, did not conduct interviews during the promotion period.
