JAKARTA - Butcher Babies released the official music video for their latest single, Sleeping with the Enemy. The song is the second version of the band's upcoming EP (mini album) slated for release later this year via an as yet undisclosed record label.
Butcher Babies vocalist Carla Harvey said Sleeping with the Enemy was one of the most vulnerable songs they had written.
"It's a song about 'have your own crap' ... because the first step in change is always admitting there's a problem, right?" Harvey said quoted from Blabbermouth, Tuesday, January 26.
Meanwhile, another vocalist, Heidi Shepherd added, this song is about hypocrisy and self-realization.
"Face to face with what you perceive to be an enemy; who is it? Is it you? In Sleeping with the Enemy, the devil and the angel on my shoulders meet."
