Keira Knightley Doesn't Want To Have Sex Scenes In Films Anymore, Here's The Reason

JAKARTA - Actress Keira Knightley has starred in various independent film titles to box office titles. It's no new secret that he also plays in films where he appears naked and in sex scenes.

But now, since having children, Knightley decided not to have sex scenes in films anymore. This is one of the conditions if the production house wants to recruit him.

Via Channel Connects, he spoke with producer Diane Solway and director Lulu Wang the reasons why he didn't want to have sex scenes in front of the camera, especially through films directed by men.

"Partly because of vanity as well as male views. I feel uncomfortable portraying a male point of view, ”said the Pirates of the Caribbean star.

According to him, he had reached a career point where he had no interest in shooting such scenes. Granted, Keira Knightley understood the purpose of the sex scenes in films but she stuck to her decision.

"I feel hopeless and my body has two children and I prefer not to stand naked in front of a group of men."

But he did not completely remove that condition. Knightley might consider if the story of this film is about the journey of receiving a body and a mother, although other conditions this film is directed by a woman.
