Called Pelakor, Tenri Anisa Report Virgoun And Inara Rusli To The Police

JAKARTA - Not satisfied that he only sent an open subpoena, Agustina Tenri Ajeng Anisa alias Tenri Anisa made a police report against Virgoun and Inara Rusli. This was done after he was referred to as an actor.

Accompanied by attorneys, family and girlfriend, Tenri visited Polda Metro Jaya to report allegations of defamation.

"So, today we are following up on our open subpoena that has been sent to the parties regarding defamation to our clients," said Teguh Putra as Tenri Anisa's attorney to the media crew at Polda Metro Jaya on Friday, May 5 evening.

Teguh said the reports made were the result of things that harmed his client, where Inara through her social media was suspected of defamation and slander. Not only Virgoun and his wife, Teguh said that the other parties who participated in spreading Inara's upload could also be affected.

"Today we made a police report regarding allegations of defamation, slander on social media. That is as referred to in Article 27 Paragraph 3 and or Article 310 of the Criminal Code and or Article 317 of the Criminal Code and or Article 315 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 45 of the ITE Law," said Teguh.

"As for the parties we reported, after we consulted, because this is on social media, so whoever posts, reposts, spreads it, it's all in the process of being investigated. So it's not only focused on Inara or Virgoun," he continued.

Regarding the evidence brought up on his client's report, Teguh said that there were two pieces of evidence that were brought, namely Inara's upload on social media which said Tenri was a match for Male alias Pelakor, as well as a photo of Tenri and her lover accompanied by several friends.

"The proof is of course a post, a post from Inara's highlight. There he has a highlight entitled 'Pelakor'. It contains a statement letter, then there are also photos of Tenri and her boyfriend, then there is also a caption-caption that blasphemes or defames our client," concluded Teguh Putra, Tenri Anisa's attorney.
