Haven't Received The Summation Even Though It's Already Chat Tenri Anisa, So The Reason Virgoun Doesn't Apologize

JAKARTA - After Tenri Anisa sent an open subpoena to Virgoun and Inara Rusli on Tuesday, May 2, the Last Child vocalist has yet to speak up in response to the summons.

Through his attorney, Virgoun still did not want to comment because he focused on his divorce suit against Inara Rusli. In addition, his attorney also said that he had not received the summons sent by Tenri Anisa.

"As for the summons, until today we have not received a summons. So it is related to this subpoena, we are just waiting for us to study it," Adrianus Agal told the media crew at the West Jakarta Religious Court on Thursday, May 4.

With the receipt of a written subpoena by the legal team, Adrianus stated that his client did not need to apologize.

"If we apologize until now, we have not received the summons. We have received the subpoena, we will study it. Like that," said Adrianus.

Meanwhile, Milano Lubis as Tenri Anisa's attorney on the same day responded to the statement from Virgoun's legal team. He regretted what had been said.

"For me, it means they don't take it seriously. Even though it has been explained that this is an open subpoena," Milano Lubis told the media crew in Brawijaya, South Jakarta.

Milano said there was communication between his client and Virgoun after an open subpoena was sent. He said that Virgoun had sent a short message to Tenri recently.

"It's impossible (VIrgoun didn't know there was a subpoena), what Virgoun explained was that there was a chat about the subpoena. Yesterday we explained the points, how can you say you don't know. I think this is too much," concluded Milano Lubis.

Meanwhile, inara Rusli accompanied by her legal team has responded to an open subpoena from Tenri Anisa. The wife of Virgoun apologized for taking the names of Tenri and her boyfriend, Dylan Kenneth through uploads on her Instagram account.
