Chronology Of Hud Filbert's Arrest And His Role In Drug Party

JAKARTA - Hud Filbert was named a suspect in a drug abuse case by the West Jakarta Metro Police. The 27-year-old actor was arrested by police officers along with 6 other people on Friday, April 14 in the early hours of the morning after having a drug party in the Permata Hijau area, South Jakarta.

West Jakarta Metro Police Chief Kombes Pol Muhammad Syahduddi said the arrests of the seven suspects began with public information on narcotics transactions in the Kebayoran Baru area, South Jakarta.

"Officers managed to secure 2 people on behalf of MR and K alias Icha, they are a couple. There, one piece of evidence was obtained in the form of a set of methamphetamine suction devices containing narcotics residue belonging to K alias Icha," said Syahduddi during a press conference at the West Jakarta Metro Police on Monday, April 17.

From the arrests of the two people, Syahduddi said MR bought methamphetamine and ecstasy drugs using HF (Hud Filbert) money for a drug party.

"MR said the person concerned bought ecstasy and methamphetamine using HF's money for a drug party that was held in one of the apartments," said Syahduddi.

After receiving this information, Syahduddi said officers secured Hud Filbert with two of his female friends at a boarding house located in Haji Nawi, South Jakarta.

"Officers to Haji Nawi secured HF, GA and RD. During the search, no narcotics were found. However, after a urine test, all tested positive," he said.

After promoting Hud Filbert, police officers also arrested two other people, AIF and W who were in an apartment located in the Permata Hijau area, South Jakarta.

"Then the seven perpetrators were then taken to the West Jakarta Metro Police for further investigation," concluded Kombes Pol Muhammad Syahduddi.

For his actions, Hud together with 6 other people were subject to Article 127 paragraph (1) letter A, Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 35 of 2009 concerning narcotics with a maximum threat of 4 years in prison.
