Lady Gaga To Sing The Star Spangled Banner At Biden-Harris Inauguration Night

JAKARTA - Lady Gaga will sing the national anthem of the United States on the eve of the inauguration of Joe Biden and Kamala Harris as president and vice president on January 20.

According to a Variety report, Gaga will be singing The Star Spangled Banner at 11:30 a.m. US time in front of the Capitol Building.

Apart from Gaga, the event was also attended by singer Jennifer Lopez, firefighter Andrea Hall, young poet Amanda Gorman, and the prayers of Pastor Leo O'Donovan and Pastor Dr. Silvester Beaman.

The names of the performers scheduled to attend the night of Biden-Harris' inauguration have not been officially announced. But Justin Timberlake reported that he had made a special song for that special night.

A virtual vow ceremony and parade will also be live streamed on the same day. Meanwhile, actor Tom Hanks will host a special prime time evening to welcome Biden and Harris's inauguration.

As for Lady Gaga, known as one of the supporters of Biden and Harris. He joined the campaign and also wrote down his support for Biden and Harris via social media.

"Support Joe. He is a good person, "he said on one occasion. Biden and Gaga collaborated with It's on Us on a campaign to end sexual violence in 2017.

This is not the first time Gaga has performed The Star Spangled Banner. At the opening ceremony of the Super Bowl Halftime Show 2020 he also performed this song and received many appreciations.
