Always Absent, Tamara Bleszynski's Sister Promises To Attend The Future Session

JAKARTA - It has been months of trial for Ryszard Bleszynski's lawsuit or commonly called Rick against Tamara Bleszynski at the South Jakarta District Court (PN). However, until now Tamara's sister has never fulfilled the call of the mediator judge to attend the trial.

At the latest hearing which took place on Wednesday, March 29 yesterday, Rick was again absent on the grounds that he was still undergoing treatment in the United States.

"Our client is cooperative because he doesn't want to be present, in this case he had an accident and broke his leg, then how do you want to go? It's impossible and there must be a doctor's permission," said Susanti Agustina as Ryszard Bleszynski's attorney to the media crew after the trial.

However, Susanti said that Ryszard Bleszynski would be present to undergo the next agenda which will be held on April 10, 2023.

"Only being able to go to Indonesia was April 6, only in Indonesia, and that was only one week. April 13th, we returned to America. So our client specifically came to mediate here," he said.

"He specifically for mediation was present which was determined by the mediator judge on April 10 at 10 o'clock, Monday, yes, usually on Wednesday, this is Monday, it is mandatory to attend," he continued.

In his statement, Rick's attorney hopes that Tamara Bleszynski will also be present on the mediation agenda.

"We hope that in this case Tamara will attend April 10 at 10. If Tamara is not present at the mediation, it means that she is not cooperative, that's all," said Susanti.

For your information, Tamara Bleszynski and plaintiff Rick Bleszynski were not present to undergo mediation with the agenda of the peace proposal.

"Today's mediation is actually a bit short, yes, where in today's mediation agenda, the submission of the peace plan proposal from the plaintiff and the defendant, that was conveyed by the mediator judge on the mediation agenda ago," said Ariestian Putra Ramadhan as Tamara Bleszynski's attorney.
