JAKARTA - Yama Carlos must be faced with divorce for the second time. The 42-year-old actor admitted that he had been sued for divorce from his wife, Arfita Dwi Putri, whom he had married since 2016. The issue of infidelity also emerged, which allegedly caused Arfita to sue for divorce from Yama. However, Yama Carlos was reluctant to respond. He said that questions related to infidelity should be asked to his wife. "Well, try asking the person concerned because maybe the person concerned has the answer. Hopefully, he will answer it," said Yama Carlos in Mampang Prapatan, South Jakarta on Monday, March 20, 2023. "I don't have the power or authority to destroy it, I'm afraid it will cause new problems. That's why ask the person concerned, whether there are drivers, I don't know, until finally dare to do that (deputy for divorce)," he continued. Even so, Yama also did not explicitly accuse his wife of uncertain issues. For him, there must be evidence in advance if he wants to prove an affair. "If the question is a bit scary, it means it must be proven, in two pieces of evidence, it must be authentically proven. But, my mind doesn't want to go that way first," he said. However, of all the turmoil that befell his household, Yama still seems reluctant to end his marriage with Arfita. For him, all the problems that have happened to his household can be resolved properly. "I personally remain consistent like the problems I used to do, the best. I respect domestic life. I, as a human being, am not making up excuses to destroy households," he said. "So, what I'm going to do, I'm doing my best, which is possible to keep this all going." In the future, Yama Carlos can only wish him the best from God. He admitted that he was tired of the efforts made to defend his household. "What I hope is the best from God. Because I am already at a point that is fed up with these human ways. The efforts I made by dealing with past and current problems, I am fed up with human ways," he concluded.
