TWICE Prints New Record: 1.7 Million Pre-Orders For READY TO BE

JAKARTA - TWICE set a new record for ordering their latest album. The JYP Entertainment agency announced a pre-order message for the mini album READY TO BE reaching 1.7 million copies.

This figure is the highest achievement TWICE has ever obtained during a career. This 1.7 album is an estimated album demand that will be produced before its release. Of course the numbers will increase after the album is officially released.

TWICE broke the record with a pre-order of 1.7 for the album READY TO BE, tweeted TWICE's social media account today, Wednesday, March 8.

TWICE became the third female K-pop group in history to get a pre-order figure of one million. Previously, their mini album BETWEEN 1&2 also reached more than one million.

In addition, there are THE ALBUM and BORN PINK and BLACKPINK as well as Girls from aespa who previously won the record.

TWICE will return with a mini album titled READY TO BE. Several music video teasers released show members in all-white clothes with more adult concepts than some of the concepts they use.

In addition, TWICE will perform their newest song, SET ME FREE on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.

As for TWICE's new album, READY TO BE will be released on March 12, 2023 at 14.00 South Korean time.
