Wanting To Happy Many People, Verrell Bramasta Falls Into Politics

Verrell Bramasta is determined to enter politics. Venna Melinda's eldest son officially joined the National Mandate Party (PAN) on Thursday, February 9, 2023.

The 26-year-old actor said that by entering the world of politics, he hopes to give more happiness to many people. He also encountered the same hope when he decided to become an actor. However, the world of entertainment is deemed not to have sufficient room to realize that hope.

"Some are moved (enter politics) because of money. But for me personally, I am moved when I can help people and make people happy. Maybe that's also one of the reasons why I entered the entertainment world at that time," said Verrell Bramasta at the PAN DPP office, South Jakarta on Thursday, February 9, 2023.

"And when I use my personal opinion, for example, if I am with friends, it may be very royal for friends, but the scope is just there. If I become diplomatic or a politician, the score is wider," he continued.

The figure of father and mother, Venna Melinda and Ivan Fadilla Soedjoko, who first moved from the world of entertainment and then entered politics was also an inspiration for Verrell to strengthen his choice to join political parties.

In the party led by Zulkifli Hasan, Verrell is not the only artist. Previously, comedian Eko Patrio also joined PAN and succeeded in becoming a member of parliament. There was also Desi Ratnasari who also joined the party bearing the blue symbol.
