Ferry Irawan Somasi Denny Sumargo's Family, Hotman Paris Ready To Help

JAKARTA - Hotman Paris stated that assistance was available to Denny Sumargo. Thursday, January 19, Denny received a summons from Ferry Irawan's family for showing Ferry's crying video going viral.

Knowing this, Hotman was willing to help free of charge. He also explained that the summons cannot be done based on the facts that occur on social media.

"So posting something that is not immoral is not defamation. For example, I cry and apologize to my wife for keeping posting my body, it is not pollution," he continued.

Without mentioning Denny Sumargo, Hotman also gave a message to come to him. He will help deal with the subpoena for free.

"You don't have to worry about people who are summoned! Come to me. I'll help you face it, it's free," said Hotman again.

"Don't worry about the situ, the social committee, the opponent!" it closes at the end of the video.

Ferry Irawan's family declared a subpoena against Denny Sumargo for showing Ferry's crying video going viral. They said the action was detrimental to the image of Ferry and his family.

The video in question is a video shown by Athalla Naufal and Verrell Bramasta when they were present on Denny Sumargo's YouTube channel. Venna Melinda's two children admitted to receiving a video from Ferry containing their cries and apologies.

However, the scene has been cut from their interview video. On a different occasion, Denny admitted that he deliberately deleted the scene for fear that there would be problems in the future.

Meanwhile, Ferry Irawan was named a suspect in the case of domestic violence (KDRT) against Venna Melinda. Even so, Ferry, who initially admitted, has now changed his statement.
