JAKARTA - Jefri Nichol and Caitlin Halderman again competed in the Love Letter series for Starla. Both of them again appeared as Hema and Starla who continued the story in the film of the same name which aired in 2017.

The acting of the two in the 5-year-old film made many fans match up Nichol and Caitlin. The two of them did not seem to object to the treatment of the fans.

"In fact, I'm happy that there are shippers (which are matchmakers), meaning they are carried away and believe in what they see in the series or film, and that means we managed to light up at Hema and Starla. So yes, I'm happy with the shipper," said Jefri Nichol during a press conference in the Menteng area, Central Jakarta on Monday, December 19.

The chemistry shown by Hema and Starla in the Love Letter for Starla has succeeded in making fans get carried away with the story. Nichol also said there were no significant difficulties when he had to return to acting with Caitlin after five years. He considered that the open character of Caitlin made it easier for him to rebuild chemistry, and vice versa.

In the series version itself, Hema and Starla continue their love story after five years of dating. Unlike what is in the film, their love story is shown to be more mature and serious.

The story in the Love Letter to Starla series shows the excitement of the new chapter of Hema's (Jefri Nichol) and Starla (Caitlin Halderman) love journey, two sejolls who have been in a relationship for five years. As the two of them mature, their romance has changed a lot in the midst of twists and turns of life But the emergence of various differences did not necessarily make Starla and Hema give up, until both of them wanted to continue their relationship to a more serious level.
