Britney Spears And Backstreet Boys Duet In Matches

JAKARTA - Britney Spears surprised fans by releasing a new song titled Matches. Interestingly, this song is a collaboration between Spears and the boy band Backstreet Boys.

The song Matches is a new track included in the reissue Glory album which was released in 2016. The combination of the two 90's stars was positively welcomed by fans.

"I am very excited to hear your opinion about our song together," wrote Spears in the upload caption.

This collaboration was also welcomed by the Backstreet Boys. "We've been asked about collaborations like this for 20 years and today is the day!" said Backstreet Boys using the hashtag #BritneyXBackstreet.

Matches is an electronic pop song that contains harmonies of Britney Spears and Backstreet Boys. The song was produced by Ian Kirkpatrick and Michael Wise and was written by Justin Tranter and Asia Whiteacre.

Last week, Spears released the song Swimming in the Stars as part of his birthday celebrations. In 2019, Britney Spears announced an indefinite hiatus from the music scene.

He was involved in a legal battle with his father. Britney Spears wants her father to be removed from the lead role as a conservator. The father is known to be legal guardian due to the mental and physical conditions that Spears experienced in 2007. His father controlled all of Britney Spears' income and career. He is not allowed to drive, vote, and use money at will.
