Rejecting Determination, Lawyers For Expressing The Reason For Nikita Mirzani Ngamuk At The Prosecutor's Office

JAKARTA - Nikita Mirzani was detained by the District Attorney on Tuesday, October 25 evening. When she was about to be taken, Nikita shouted loudly before continuing the investigation.

Fahmi Bachmid as a lawyer explained the reason Nikita Mirzani shouted. According to him, it was a natural reaction when someone was about to be detained.

"It was another matter to scream, normally. I was at midnight at home when I was accompanied, raided by all kinds of things, after that I was arrested at the mall and not detained'," said Fahmi Bachmid imitating Nikita Mirzani's words.

"But I came carefully to the prosecutor's office, immediately treated like this," he said.

Nikita Mirzani is known to have been arrested at the Senayan City mall last July. He left his son and followed the police to the Serang City Police.

Nikita Mirzani was also forcibly picked up by the Serang City Police at her home in June. At that time Nikita had not been able to be picked up because she saw the situation where Nikita and her three children were at home.

Fahmi also revealed that currently Nikita Mirzani is better. He did not want to give a statement but Nikita was able to laugh.

"He's laughing," said Fahmi.

He also said that the prayer should be wronged. Niki has three children. His children will definitely pray, "he said.

Nikita Mirzani was detained on the case of the ITE Law and allegations of defamation reported by Dito Mahendra. Sosok Dito is the lover of Nindy Ayunda.
