JAKARTA - Actress Acha Septriasa admitted that she did not expect her to transform into a pocong in the film Mumun directed by director Rizal Mantovani, who is an adaptation of the 2000s hit soap opera titled Jadi Pocong.

"At the time of the makeup test, I didn't dare to look at my face. So please don't have a glass in front of my face when I fit it again, it's made up," he continued.
To explore his role as a pocong Mumun, Acha said he tried to use his imagination when he was already wearing a pocong costume.
"This character must be created because we have never met in person, we have never known the world. So it's just based on imagination and when you bring a costume and makeup that really represents the world of pocong itself, you finally have to enter the character," said Acha.
However, Acha said he didn't want to go too deep into his role as a pocong to avoid unwanted things. For that, when doing scary scenes on the Mumun set, Acha always asked the director to play songs to help build a horror feel even though he didn't really explore the character.
"I'm afraid that I'm taking it as a joke, because I'm a bit sensitive. So I ask Mas Rizal to help put down the song for every horror or serem scene so that without me having to explore the character as a pocong, the appearance is already scary," said Acha.
"So that's why I keep pushing and really my body and soul, I realized that I was filming, so I didn't carry it," he continued.
