Javicia Leslie's First Teaser As Batwoman Released

JAKARTA - The CW released a short teaser for Batwoman's second season which will air in 2021.

Starring Javicia Leslie, the teaser does not provide any synopsis. Lasting 11 seconds, Leslie was seen in a dark bathroom and took out her Batwoman costume.

Then he started wearing the costume and said "It's time to get strong". The video closes with Batwoman's writing. Javicia Leslie was chosen to be the first black woman to play Batwoman, he replaced Ruby Rose.

Fans greeted Batwoman enthusiastically. Not a few of them praised Javicia Leslie's appearance which could complement Batwoman's story.

Batwoman tells the story of a superhero on the streets of Gotham named Batwoman. He must fight an enemy in himself before saving the inhabitants of Gotham City. Ryan Wilder (Javicia Leslie's character name) lives in a van and tries to run away from his past until he meets the Batsuit.

The character will be different from Kate Kane, played by Ruby Rose. If Kate Kane was someone from an affluent family, Ryan Wilder was one of the victims of the retreat of Gotham City. Even though it is called the second season, The CW will do some new things that can be witnessed in this series.

Some of the first photos of Leslie as Batwoman have also been released by The CW. The second season of Batwoman will be released on January 17, 2021. Here's the teaser.
