JAKARTA - Disney reportedly canceled the cinema screening schedule for its three newest films, Cruella, Pinocchio, and Peter Pan and Wendy. Launching Deadline, Friday, they chose to release it on the Disney + streaming service.

Cruella, the live action film from the villain character 101 Dalmations, is one of the most anticipated films. Starring Emma Stone, Cruella tells Cruella's obsession with dog skin, especially Dalmatians.

Then there's Pinocchio, a remake of the Disney cartoon starring Tom Hanks as Zepetto. The film was directed by Robert Zemeckis.

Then there's Peter Pan and Wendy, the film that cast young actress Yara Shahidi into Tinker Bell.

Previously, Disney released the Soul film to Disney + without charging additional fees such as the release of Mulan. On the other hand, the number of Disney + subscribers started to increase sharply with the release of the newest seasons of The Mandalorian and Mulan.

Disney + is also a source of sustenance for Disney after the theme parks and entertainment sectors have to close due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

These considerations began to emerge after the production house Warner Bros. announced the release of Wonder Woman 1984 in theaters and HBO Max on the same day. However, Disney has not confirmed anything.
