Space Force tells the four-star General Mark R. Naird (Steve Carell) who has a dream to manage the Air Force but he instead gets directions to take care of the Space Force, namely the Space Force.
The series was inspired by President Donald Trump's proposal for a sixth branch of the military and gave it the name Space Force.
In December 2018, he signed a request to the Pentagon to create the first Space Command under the United States Air Force.
The Space Force series was produced by Greg Daniels, the person who made the series The Office. As a producer, Daniels also invited Steve Carell to be the main character.
