This sequel film continues the story of Rim Chul Ryung (Hyun Bin), a detective from North Korea who returns to South Korea to search for a secret criminal organization.
Rim Chul Ryung is reunited with Kang Jin Tae (Yoo Hae Jin), a detective from South Korea. Now he is working with North Korea to become an investigative team.
