JAKARTA - George Clooney presents a new film titled The Midnight Sky. Tuesday, October 27th, Netflix released the first trailer of this science fiction genre film.
George Clooney plays Augustine Lofthouse, a scientist in Antarctica who is looking for a way to remind survivors not to return to Earth because of a disaster.
Lofthouse believes he is the last human being on Earth until he meets Iris (Caoilinn Springall). He tried to guard Iris and tried to contact the space crew.
The Midnight Sky was adapted from the novel by Brooks-Dalton entitled Good Morning, Midnight. This film was shot before the COVID-19 lockdown.
Clooney, who is the director and main character, calls this film his hope in the ending of human life.
