JAKARTA - Honza Šimša has spent up to £ 1500 (equivalent to Rp.280 million) for plastic surgery to look like a barbie doll.

Aged 26, Honza describes himself as an 'ordinary man' and is sexually attracted to women. He only adopts a girlie persona in his spare time.

At home, Honza can often be seen wearing large false lashes, stiletto heels, and a pink wig. To get a barbie look, 90 ml of filler was injected in her face.

"I may dress and look like this, but in my mind I am a man," said Honza, who is from Brno, Czech Republic as quoted by the Daily Star, Thursday, October 22.

“I am attracted to women, but some girls do have problems with my appearance, because it can confuse them. I'm single now, and fine with that, "she continued.

Honza was inspired to change his appearance three years ago. She is a big fan of the glamorous model Candy Charms who often posts photos of her 32L chest on Instagram.

So, in her quest to be Candy-like, Honza opted for a barbie-style look.

"At that time, I looked and dressed like a man, but I will always imagine what I can do to get a more feminine face," said Honza.

“Finally, I made the decision that I wanted to be like a plastic doll. I like girls who look like that and I want to look like that myself. "

Honza befriends a qualified esthetician who provides free filler injections. Over the years, she has had Rp.280 million worth of filler on her face.

“I only have 20 fillers on my lips. Right now, I have about 90 ml on my face, "the barbie fan explained.

“I have it on my cheeks, chin and lips. I want to go ahead and make my face more plastic and doll-like. "

Honza was also injected with Botox and paid around Rp.44 million for a lip lift surgery.

"I've been wanting this procedure for a long time, because it makes the lips look much bigger than if you just had a filler injection," continued Honza.

Honza, who wanted a nose job and butt implants, was pleased with her appearance even though it caught the attention of many.

"Some people still have a very old fashioned attitude and because I look like a man, but have big lips and wear makeup, I will get a lot of attention - which is not always positive," he explained.

"Now that I have had more operations and look more like a girl, people are less likely to react the way they did before."

Honza is now trying to ignore the people who think negatively about him.
