Kim Jung Hyun Gets An Offer For The Korean Drama Season Of Kkok Du

JAKARTA - Kim Jung Hyun is reportedly returning to the acting world soon. The actor received an offer for a drama called Season of Kkok Du.

Kim Jung Hyun's agency Story J Company confirmed that the actor is currently discussing the drama. But so far, the agency cannot talk about the continuation of the offer.

"Kim Jung Hyun received an offer to appear in the drama Season of Kkok Du and he is currently considering the offer," Story J Company said in a statement quoting Soompi.

Kim Jung Hyun is said to be playing the main character, Kkok Du. The drama Season of Kkok Du tells of a murderer named Kkok Du who becomes the only creature in the afterlife.

Every 99 years, Kkok Du has to take a break from work and spend 49 days in the mortal realm until he enters the body of a man named Do Jin Woo.

While living as Do Jin Woo, he meets Han Gye Jeol, a female doctor who has the mysterious ability to give orders to Kkok Du.

Apart from this drama, Kim Jung Hyun has also starred in independent films. If Kim Jung Hyun accepts the offer, the drama Season of Kkok Du will be the actor's latest project after Mr. Queen in 2020.

Previously, Kim Jung Hyun had a conflict with his agency which led to the controversy over the drama Time and his relationship with Seo Ye Ji. After solving the case, Kim Jung Hyun signed a contract with Story J Company.

On the other hand, Seo Ye Ji is also preparing to return with her latest drama, Eve, which will air in the near future.
