JAKARTA - Nicolas Cage revealed a new fact in his film career. It turned out that he had received offers to star in the films The Matrix and The Lord of the Rings.

He explains that in the film, Nicolas Cage doesn't want to choose a job and leave his family. According to him, shooting for a franchise of that size would take up a lot of time.

“I turned down the Lord of the Rings offer and I turned down the Matrix because I didn't want to go to New Zealand for three years or Australia for three years because I wanted to be at home with my son Weston. That's a fact," said Nicolas Cage.
