Sharon Stone Admits It's Hard To Get Rid Of The Sex Symbol Stigma Attached To It For Decades

JAKARTA - Sharon Stone gave an unforgettable impression on the minds of men when she played in the thriller film Basic Instinct (1992). A film that made him a Hollywood sex symbol.

The actress recently joked with Closer Weekly that despite her 'wow' status at the time, her love life lately is "like a comedy". She shared that she was kicked out of the dating app Bumble last year because no one believed it was her.

"I hope I'm still attractive!" said the 62-year-old woman chuckled reported by Fox News.

The mother of three boys said she is currently taking a more relaxed approach to dating. It's nothing, now he is in middle age.

"I think you have to choose how you want to age," he explained in the new edition of the media's print edition.

"I believe that I have my own destiny, and I now strive to deal with it with as much integrity as I can, and be open to growth as much as I can."

As for being a sex symbol, Stone realized it was a title he would always carry with him.

"It's very difficult to get rid of it," he told the media. "Marilyn Monroe makes really important films like Bus Stop [but] everyone expects you to be like that all the time ... I mean, I never thought I was that hot!"

In February, Stone announced that he was single, and again, ready to mingle.

"Now my Bumble account is back," Stone told Entertainment Tonight.

Stone was notified that his account was blocked after several users reported that it was a fake profile.
