Ever Waiting For Your Baby, Shandy Aulia Feels Relate To The Story Of I Need You Baby

JAKARTA - Shandy Aulia and Gading Marten compete in the latest Cuk FK film entitled I Need You Baby. This film is Shandy Aulia's comeback after three years.

“Starting from maternity leave a year after that, production was blocked due to the pandemic. Last year, I ventured to take the offer. It's fun to see the script. The film is light,” said Shandy Aulia at a press conference on Wednesday, March 30.

Produced since last year, Shandy Aulia felt happy while shooting this film. He also admitted that it was not difficult to create chemistry with Gading Marten.

“Gading Marten and I both have a vision and mission and it just flows. Not too awkward and familiar," said Shandy Aulia.

I Need You Baby is a film that tells the story of a young couple who face a handful of requests from their parents for them to have a baby soon. This premise turns out to be experienced by Shandy Aulia in real life.

"For specially Indonesian people, yes (feel) yes. After getting married, having children seemed very normal and standard," answered Claire's mother.

"Because maybe from me and my husband's family, we both have nephews so it's not too rushed. But mostly from the public. Because I'm a public figure, so sometimes I just get asked from the public." he said.

That feeling turned out to have made Shandy Aulia bored because she was often asked. It is known that Shandy Aulia married in 2011 and gave birth to their first child in February 2020.

"Personally, I don't feel uncomfortable, but I'm bored. The question was asked again but standard. It doesn't hurt, but it's boring,"

I Need You Baby tells the story of Cathy (Shandy Aulia) and Beno (Gading Marten) who have been married for 5 years. But they haven't had a baby yet even though Cathy's parents are impatient.

The film I Need You Baby can be seen in Indonesian cinemas starting April 7, 2022.
