Be Careful On The Road, The First Sincere Song To Enter The Global Chart

JAKARTA - Singer Tulus has achieved a new achievement with his latest album, Human. One of the songs on this album, Hati-hati di Jalan entered Spotify's Global Chart for the first time.

The @chartdata account said that the song Hati-Hati di Jalan broke the record for the most playback on Spotify Indonesia with nearly one million plays.

"Be careful on the road, Tulus broke the all-time record on Spotify Indonesia with 969 thousand views and entered the Global Chart for the first time (#93)," wrote the @chartdata account.

Launching the Spotify Charts site, the song Hati-Hati di Jalan is at position 93. Interestingly, this is the first Indonesian song to enter the global music charts in 2022.

Tulus himself is one of the singers with the most played songs on Spotify. In 2019, the number of plays of all Tulus songs totaled 100 million and continues to grow.

The Human album is his latest album after releasing Monochrome in 2016. This album is a celebration of 10 years of his career in the Indonesian music scene.

Working during the pandemic, Tulus collaborated with many fellow musicians such as Erwin Gutawa, Dere, Petra Sihombing, Yoseph Sitompul and Typhoon Abhimanyu.
