Official Divorce From Aldi Bragi, No Evidence Of Ririn Dwi Ariyanti Cheating

JAKARTA - The divorce trial for Aldi Bragi and Ririn Dwi Ariyanti has ended Thursday, December 30 at the South Jakarta Religious Court. Aldi Bragi filed for divorce last August for Ririn Dwi Ariyanti at the South Jakarta Religious Court. In addition, child custody decisions have also been made.

"In the trial for reading the decision, our arguments were accepted by the Panel of Judges, and some were accepted," said Riri Purbasari, Ririn Dwi Ariyanti's attorney, quoted from the MOP Channel YouTube channel, Friday, December 31.

Riri emphasized that there was no evidence of infidelity during the trial. "Because of the fact that there has never been an affair between Ririn and another man. Because Ririn is loyal, responsible, and devoted to her husband," he said.

The judge granted Ririn and Aldi's divorce because the two had not gotten along for a long time. "It is proven that the two of them are no longer in the same room. There has been no relationship like husband and wife for the past few years," continued Riri.

Ririn has custody of her three children because she is considered responsible and competent and has a stable income.

"Regarding child custody, the panel of judges determined that the three children belong to Ririn because we have proven that Ririn is a good and responsible mother and she is indeed competent in raising children," said Riri.

"Regarding finances, Ririn has understood Aldi's financial condition since before marriage. The problem is the pattern of arrangements regarding its management," he explained.

South Jakarta PA Public Relations Officer, Taslimah explained that Aldi had to pay IDR 30 million for iddah and IDR 20 million for muttah.

Despite having child custody, Ririn did not forbid Aldi from meeting their children. They will also regulate parenting patterns and share time with children.

"Children can certainly meet Aldi, this is indeed the right to child custody in the Child Protection Act, it must be clear where it is," said Riri. Aldi Bragi and Ririn Dwi Ariyanti did not attend the trial.
