JAKARTA - PT Indonesia Kendaraan Terminal Tbk (IPCC) shows that digital transformation has become a major factor in driving the company's business growth.

Entering the second month of the second quarter of 2026, Branch Jakarta together with five Satellite Terminals (consolidation) managed to record an operational performance increase of 14.6 percent for handling CBU cargo (passenger vehicles), heavy equipment, buses, and trucks, or an increase of 64,525 units compared to the same period last year.

On the other hand, ship visits (shipcalls) at all IPCC terminals until May 2026 reached 1,577 shipcalls, an increase of 21.40 percent compared to 1,299 shipcalls in the same period in 2025.

The increase reflects the increasing effectiveness of terminal services supported by the implementation of digital systems, so that it is able to provide more efficient and responsive services to customer needs.

This positive achievement is the result of IPCC's commitment to implementing digitalization in all terminal operational processes.

The implementation of technology is carried out from the planning of ship arrivals, management of cargo placement in the field, to real-time reporting systems that further increase transparency and user confidence.

In addition, this growth is also supported by improving global geopolitical conditions which encourage increased international trade activities, as well as the government's mineral resources downstream programs.

These two factors further strengthen the strategic position of IPCC in the national automotive logistics ecosystem, especially in vehicle terminal services.

The implementation of disciplined and sustainable corporate governance is also reflected in the growth that occurred in almost all cargo segments.

Until May 2026, the cumulative volume of CBU (Completely Built-Up) reached 365,760 units or increased by 4.95 percent compared to the same period last year, with an additional 17,235 units.

This growth shows the consistency of service quality as well as the high level of user trust in IPCC.

Meanwhile, the truck and bus segment recorded the most significant growth with an increase of 57.38 percent.

The loading volume in this segment reached 126,769 units or increased by 46,221 units year-on-year.

The heavy equipment segment also showed positive performance with growth of 8.35 percent, from 12,801 units to 13,870 units.

The even growth in various segments reflects the effectiveness of operational management, capacity control, and data-based decision-making that is consistently applied by all levels of the IPCC.

IPCC's operational performance also goes hand in hand with the improvement of the national automotive industry.

Based on Gaikindo data, the total national wholesales for CBU vehicles during January-May 2026 reached 359,015 units or increased 12.8 percent compared to the same period last year.

In line with this trend, the volume of CBU exports handled by IPCC also increased by 7 percent to 148,794 units, and this further strengthens IPCC's position as a reliable strategic partner for the national automotive industry through adaptive, efficient, and sustainable operational management.

IPCC Acting President Director Bagus Dwipoyono conveyed the trust given by all service users as the biggest motivation to continue to provide the best service.

He added that the growth in operational performance from January to May 2026 was not merely an achievement of numbers, but was a tangible proof of the dedication of all IPCC personnel in providing increasingly fast, reliable, and international standard vehicle terminal services.

"We continue to encourage the transformation of technology-based services and digitalization, strengthening efficiency in cargo handling processes, and the development of infrastructure that is truly felt by service users," he explained in a statement, Tuesday, June 30.

In the future, he said his party is optimistic that it will be able to surpass last year's achievements, in line with the IPCC's readiness to support the growth of electric and hybrid vehicle flows, which are increasingly dominating Indonesia's automotive import-export activities.

"This makes the IPCC the backbone of a modern, integrated, and sustainable automotive logistics ecosystem." he said.

Bagus said that with a more solid operational foundation and the prospects of the national automotive industry which continues to show positive trends, IPCC is optimistic that it can close 2026 with better performance than the previous year.

He added that the company would continue to prioritize improving the quality of services at all operational points so that the benefits could be felt directly by service users.

"We are here not only to record growth figures, but to ensure that every service user feels the real value of our services and that is the standard we will continue to pursue until the end of this year and beyond," he concluded.
