Beby Tsabina Is Not Willing If Grandma Ti Widyawati Is Placed In A Singles' Home

JAKARTA - Beby Tsabina as Widyawati in the film Grandmother Ti. Under the direction of director Herwin Novianto, this young and senior star duo will be broadcast on KlikFilm starting December 17th. Herwin as the director admitted that he was interested in Eyang Ti's story, and compared Beby Tsabina with Widyawati.

"This film is related to friends who are married, usually there are problems between in-laws and daughter-in-law or others. As for players, I've always wanted to collaborate with Widyawati. Moreover, Grandmother Ti's figure matches Widyawati who is no longer has a husband, has a daughter-in-law and grandchildren. As for Bebby, I'm curious, because all this time, I've seen Bebby playing movies," he said at the Virtual Premiere Gala, Friday, December 17.

Grandmother Ti's film with the theme of family drama tells the story of Grandmother Ti who lives alone. Grandmother Ti then lived with her only child, but did not get along with her daughter-in-law.

When he was about to live in a nursing home, Grandma Ti's grandson, played by Beby Tsabina, was unwilling and angry with his father. "This is a story that happens in everyday life. I think the relationship between parents, children and in-laws can be felt by everyone," said Widyawati.

Is this story similar to Widyawati's life? "If it's difficult, no, because the director is right, if I have something in common with the character I play. The difference is, I'm close to my daughter-in-law, while in Eyang Ti, I'm not close to my son-in-law," he explained.

Beby Tsabina admitted that she was very impressed with Widyawati who was humble. "Initially when I was offered to play with Oma Widyawati, I was nervous.
