JAKARTA - The quarantine case of Ahmad Dhani's family has received attention from the public. The reason is, after returning from Turkey, they immediately carried out their activities as usual and did not undergo quarantine rules for 10 days.

The Head of Public Relations of the Polda Metro Jaya Kombes E. Zulpan said that his party had not found any violations in the quarantine process for Ahmad Dhani's family. In addition, the circular letter of the COVID-19 Task Force also has special provisions for families of state officials.

"Regarding the circular from the COVID-19 Task Force that in the circular there is a specificity for state officials, there is a specificity there that quarantine can be carried out at Wisma Athletes in hotels or at home," said Zulpan on Monday, December 13.

Because Mulan Jameela is a member of the Indonesian House of Representatives, she and her family have the opportunity to quarantine at home. However, their quarantine process is monitored by the COVID-19 Task Force.

"In quarantine, it is monitored by the COVID-19 task force, so it doesn't mean that there is no quarantine, but there are special provisions that apply and we have communicated with the COVID-19 Task Force that this is justified," he explained.

Previously, a number of netizens said they met Ahmad Dhani's family at a mall after returning from Turkey. It's not even been 10 days but they can do their normal activities.

Ali Lubis as Ahmad Dhani's lawyer also emphasized that the news circulating was not true. "Regarding that there are netizens who say their families are not quarantined after traveling from Turkey it is not true," said Ali Lubis on the same day.
